Gift vouchers explained

The Bronze Pig Gift Voucher is a perfect gift to give a loved one which can be redeemed at any time. It can be redeemed against a meal or against the cost of staying in one of our rooms. It is delivered in a blank card to allow you to write your own personal message or we can write a message for you if the voucher needs to be posted to the recipient.

Vouchers can be ordered for any value. They can be collected from our restaurant or posted to the required address. £2.95 is charged for posting 1st class or £9.95 for next day delivery. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE: In December the usual cut off date set by the Post Office is the 21st in order to have the Voucher delivered by Christmas, the Voucher will need to be posted by Special Delivery which also insures its value. Should you wish to choose this option, a charge of £9.95 is required. Due to the heavy demand on postal deliveries in the month of December we will request that Gift Voucher be mailed by special delivery throughout the month. If the request is for 1st class delivery we will not take responsibility for delayed or undelivered Vouchers. To order, please make the relevant payment (see instructions below), and then send an e-mail to reservations@thebronzepig.co.uk supplying a name and address where the voucher needs to be posted.

For payment please follow 1 of the options below:

1: BANK TRANSFER - The Bronze Pig Ltd, NatWest, Account number 50008579, Sort Code 60-13-15 . Please ensure that the payment includes your choice of postage fee and use your name as a reference. Then send an email to reservations@thebronzepig.co.uk confirming your payment, the name used as a reference for the payment made, and the name and address where the voucher needs to be posted.

2: Supply a card details - 16 digits, expiry date and CVV code - by email to reservations@thebronzepig.co.uk, confirming which postage fee is selected (1st class £2.95 or next day £9.95) and the name and address where the voucher needs to be posted.

3: Pay by card over the phone by calling us during opening hours (see bottom of page) on 01522 524817. Please note that to avoid any potential delays due to Postal strikes or any other causes, should the Gift Voucher be needed as a matter of urgency, please call us on 01522 524817.

N.B. : Our Gift Voucher do not have an expiry date but to avoid disappointment or misunderstandings, in order to redeem a voucher the ACTUAL voucher needs to be handed over. Voucher’s picture or photo, photocopy or any other method will not be accepted.
